Blizzard announced a series of important announcements about the games it developed at BlizzCon 2019, such as the release of Diablo IV, as for World of Warcraft, it referred a new expansion called Shadowlands, and we finally got part of messages about the upcoming expansion after the survey, which includes the release date, pre-purchase editions and the Beyond challenges.
World of Warcraft Shadowlands is set to release on or before December 31, 2020, Blizzard claimed, if everything runs smoothly, we might play the expansion in the first half of 2020.
Currently, the pre-purchase editions are available on the official site, and there are three editions for players to choose from.
Base Edition for $ 39.99
Early access to Death Knights for Allied Races
and Pandaren starting with the Visions of N'Zoth content update.
Heroic Edition for $ 59.99
Beyond Base Edition content, plus the access to a Level 120 Character
Boost and the Ensorcelled Everwyrm flying mount attached with the Vestments of the Eternal Traveler transmog set.
Epic Edition for $ 79.99
Beyond Heroic Edition content, plus 30 days of game time, the Anima
Wyrmling pet, an otherworldly Eternal Traveler's effect, and Wraithchill cosmetic effect.
All of them will be available on Windows and Mac devices at that time.
