The new Richard Mille RM 63-02 Automatic World Time watch offers a unique interpretation of the world time function, a complication that allows the wearer to keep track of the time in multiple cities worldwide, typically covering 24 time zones.
This makes the RM 63-02 an ideal tool for global travelers and those who frequently handle international communications.
Its key innovation lies in its adjustment mechanism. Instead of using a crown or buttons for adjustment, Richard Mille engineers integrated all operations directly into the rotating bezel.
Crafted in red gold and titanium, with a skeletonized dial and accents of pink and burgundy, this watch embodies the consistent style of Richard Mille watches: robust, durable, lightweight, and comfortable, reflecting an unparalleled attention to detail.
The RM 63-02 features a 47 x 13.45 mm round case in satin-finished 5N red gold with polished bevels, complemented by Grade 5 titanium case sides that match the front.
The bezel, crafted from micro-blasted 5N red gold and mounted on ball bearings, allows for easy selection of the reference city with a simple rotation, instantly displaying the local time.
A wheel connected to the hour wheel adjusts the time for the selected city at the 12 o'clock position, simultaneously updating the time displayed on the bezel for the other 23 time zones.
A 24-hour inner ring ensures clear time reading in all time zones, while a two-tone pink and burgundy disc indicates day and night.
This three-piece case is assembled with twelve Grade 5 titanium spline screws, is water-resistant to 30 meters or 100 feet, and is secured by two nitrile rubber O-ring seals.
